The preschool and kindergarteners will spend the spring learning about Zacchaeus. The lessons will focus on Jesus wanting us to love him, wanting us
to be kind and wanting us to be sorry when we do wrong. We will also begin to learn about Easter through Jesus’ last days. During this time we see that Jesus brings life, gives us hope and gives us new life. The Lambs have been learning to play the hand bells along with the older students and are excited to perform at Shrove and for the congregation on February 24th.

First Graders
Garten of Eatin Teacher: Sarah Bucholz

First Graders: These students are in the "Garden of Eatin" Station. They will Rotate amoung different centers according to the schedule shown earlier. They made "Whale Pizza and Ninevite Cookies" to help them recall key points from the Jonah story.

Our Fathers World Teacher: Don Catanzaro

The 2nd & 3rd graders: These students are in the "Our Fathers World" Station. They will Rotate amoung different centers according to the schedule shown earlier. They have created boomerangs to show that God always brings you back to him.

Master Peace Theater Teachers: Jordan, Jennifer and Deb Iseler

The Fourth Graders: These students are in the "Master Peace Theater" Station. They will Rotate amoung different centers according to the schedule shown earlier. They are doing a play called "From No Way to Ninevah."

Fifth Graders
Creative Station Teachers: Linda Catanzaro and Jennifer Hanson

The Fifth Graders: These students are in the "Creative" Station. They will Rotate amoung different centers according to the schedule shown earlier.
These children are making dove tesselations. The younger children will create Eric Carle style whales.

Sixth Graders
Movies Teacher: Cindy Lenk

The Sixth Graders: This class is watching either "The Lion King" or "Jonah, a Veggie Tale Movie" They will Rotate amoung different centers according to the schedule shown earlier. These children are learning about not running away from responsibility. Compassion has been the focus word.
