2009 Stewardship Campaign

Something wonderful happens when we support our Church and join in our Church family. We find that not only can it strengthen our faith and improve our lives. but we can help others too. With the combined efforts of the Church family we can help others in ways that individually would be ineffective or difficult. Our church has outreach programs, social ministry programs, children's programs, adult programs and many others. These programs are not only for our benefit, but non-members as well. So, when we support our church, we build up the body of Christ by strengthening our faith and helping others. Isn't helping others at the heart of the 'new commandment', "love others as I have loved you."?

After serving 2 three year terms, I can say that it has been an inspiration to witness the generosity of Good Shepherd congregants in giving of their time, talent and financial resources.
